After-school activities are especially important to developing young minds and bodies, so we offer affordable tuition rates for our pick-up program.
Depost (non refundable): $90 1st child & $75 each additional child (Covers June tuition)
Registration Fee: $45 first child, $25 each additional child
ALL after school families receive 6 month contract benefits

Our after-school pick-up program in San Antonio, Texas, helps children develop an active lifestyle and make friends. With extra-curricular activities in public schools being downsized rapidly, it's important for children to have something fun and active to do after school. Sunburst Gymnastics Academy has the perfect solution in addition to our regular classes. Our programs are goal based and progressive so everyone can be their best! All students have individual skill sheets and report cards. Parents are invited to conferences and encouraged to attend GOAL ROOM days. Our Goal is to encourage every student to be the best all around person they can be, in and out of the gym.
Sunburst is not a State licensed day care, but offers a "gymnastics only" after school pick-up and care program.

Discounts & Information
- Active Military Discount $10
- Current Contract Discount - 10%
- Non-notification fee $10/occurance. Must email by 12PM the day of absence.
- Late pick-up fee $10 5 to 10 minutes then $10 every additional 5 minutes. (APPLE device used for time)
- All tuition is due by the first day of the month.
- Any late payments will incur a Late fee. $10 up to 7 days, $15 up to 15 days.
- Any and all charges due on the account must be up to date to participate.
- Sunburst has a 30 day notice poilicy that will be strictly enforced.
- All accounts must have a valid card on file.
- Sunburst has a NO REFUND POLICY and no credit will be given.
Notification and Attendance Policies
Our program follows the NISD school calendar. We make sure we are always prepared to host your child after school, and we cannot offer refunds or make-up days for illnesses, holidays, or other missed days outside of the available Saturday make-up class. For your child's safety, SGA must be notitfed of any pickup changes, and A photo ID will be required by anyone picking up up your child who is not on the approved pickup list. Students must be picked up at 6:00 p.m., late fees will apply and be charged to account.
Health and Safety
Due to the Covid 19 virus SGA has implimented many safety guidelines suggested by the CDC.
SGA WILL FOLLOW ALL CDC, CITY, AND COUNTY LAWS AND GUIDELINES TO KEEP EVERY MEMBER OF THE SGA FAMILY SAFE AND HEALTHY.
ABSOLUTELY NO SICK CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE GYM. This includes sick family members or any person who has been in contact with a sick individual. Students who are ill must be symptom free for 24 hours and released by a doctor to return to school and activity. Every student at SGA is required to follow this rule. Failure to follow this rule will result in removal from all programs.
Water fountains are closed. Athletes must bring a water bottle or buy a drink from vending machine.
Snacks will not be shared.
Gym is cleaned and sanitized every night and between rotations as possible.
Gym Rules
Kids of all ages have fun during our after-school programs where they learn new skills, stay active, and make friendships that last a lifetime. We do have a few basic gym rules, however. Leotards or shorts and a t-shirt must be worn. There cannot be buckles, zippers, or buttons on pants or shorts and t-shirts must be tucked in. Children must bring a snack to eat or money to purchase a snack. A snack account may be set up in the gym office. In addition, the following rules also apply:
No Jewelry Except for Stud Earrings | Hair Must Be Pulled Back and Out of Face | No Gum Allowed in the Gym
