Birthday parties at Sunburst Gymnastic are one of our most popular offerings.

Why?

You get the the services of a qualified instructor for supervised play, games. There is time reserved for treats and present opening. These parties are so popular.......call ASAP to reserve an open date and time......they fill up very fast!!!

Everyone comes away satisfied....especially the parents. No fuss- just relax and watch the children play. Forget the clean-up....it's on us!

Each 90-minute party includes:

40 minutes of instructional time!
20-30 minutes of free time on equipment!
20-30 minutes of time for treats, drinks and present opening! (Treats/drinks supplied by the family)

What to bring:

Treats, drinks and any table service plus party favors are to be supplied by the family. Cup cakes, dixie cups of ice cream and boxed juices (these are suggestions only) can save time, prevent a mess and make refreshments easy! NO food or drink is allowed in the gym area- adults included!

Pricing: (all prices are based on 10 children per party. Extra children $3.00 per child)

$120.00 non-members.

A deposit is required to hold your reservation and is part of the prices quoted above:

$85.00 members

$90.00 non-members

The remaining $30.00 is paid directly to the instructor the day of the party. The fee for extra children (an additional $3.00 per child past 10 children) is also paid to the instructor.

Waiver Forms:

Please note...due to insurance regulations we now require waiver/release forms on every child that participates in an event at Sunburst Gymnastics. The parent booking the party is in charge of distributing these forms along with your invitations to each guest. The completed and signed forms must be presented to the instructor before the party begins. We can either send you waiver forms or you can download a master form in a .pdf format and copy off your own or use the link to print extras in the event you invite more than planned:
